Auction items include passes to area golf courses, the Henry Ford Museum, the Potawatomi Zoo, Celebration Cinema, and more. We hope to see you there!
April is Youth Month with Honor Credit Union
Whether your kids want to save money for the new “must have” video game or your 10-year-old wants to save for an awesome sound system for their first car, and not the car itself, it’s important they learn the value of a dollar as early as possible. What can you do? Help them start saving for their future, and all of the hilarious things they want right now, by showing them how to open their very own savings account! Honor Credit Union will give your kids $10 when they open a new youth account!
All April long, when you open a youth account at Honor Credit Union for your child, they’ll deposit $10 into their new account. While you reel in their out of this world wants, Honor will help you teach them how to manage their money and create lifelong habits. So bring your kids down to your local Honor Member Center to get started with their very own youth savings account today!
Since 2004, the State of Michigan has offered a free program to stop adult advertisements from reaching our children’s e-mail, mobile phones (text messaging), and instant messenger IDs.
The Michigan Child Protection Registry, administered by Michigan’s Secretary of State, allows Michigan schools and families to protect their students from receiving advertisements from tobacco, gambling, pornography, alcohol and marijuana companies. Parents can register themselves and their children’s information by going to www.ProtectMiChild.com.
