We want to give a big shoutout to Jovany Raya from Eau Claire High School for an outstanding performance at the State Wrestling Tournament!
Jovany, a dedicated Beaver, finished his senior year strong by taking 5th place, winning the final match of his career. This is a monumental achievement, and it truly speaks to his dedication, discipline, and unwavering hard work. Not only did he compete with skill and determination, but he also showed incredible sportsmanship throughout the entire tournament. Jovany earned his 100th career victory on Friday night pinning his opponent.
Eau Claire is a community built on hard work and perseverance, and Jovany is a shining example of how those values lead to success. Your effort, grit, and character inspire us all. We couldn’t be prouder of you, Jovany!
At the Michigan Wrestling State Tournament on Friday, Jovany earned his 100th career win. Not just an incredible milestone! This victory not only secures him a spot in tomorrow’s matches, but also guarantees he’ll bring home a medal from the state tournament! 🏅
He joins his teammate Angel Guzman-Valle in the exclusive 100-win club this season! The Beavers are making waves! 🌊

Exciting news! We are partnering with Books Are Fun and their Book Blast program to help build our students’ home
libraries. For over 30 years, Books are Fun has been a trusted partner in promoting literacy.
Today, our students learned about the Book Blast Program and the importance of having their own books at home. Tonight,
we are asking you to take 7 minutes to support our Student Home Library initiative.

Lybrook is prepping for a great Reading Month ahead! Everyone received a book for One Book/One School that takes place along the Oregon Trail so today we watched some Little House on the Prairie, to learn about frontier life ...and our school wide decorating has begun!
Reading is the best adventure!

Good Morning, Due to illness 2/28/25 the health department will have 1 bus doing the Middle school High school with Miss Darcy helping with the elementary kids at 7:05. Miss Robin will be helping to get the second half of Miss Darcy's kids. Thank you for your patience while Mr Willie gets better.

Good Morning, On 2/26/25, Due to illness there will be one Health Department bus plus Miss Darcy to get the students. The second half of Miss Robin's route will be a few minutes late so she can help get Miss Darcy's kids. Thank you for your understanding till Mr Wille gets better.
Good Morning, Due to a health issue there will be one Health department bus getting the High school Middle school kids and the Towmater bus will come and get the Lybrook kids. Miss Robin's bus will be running 10 minutes late towards the end of route while she helps with the end of Miss Darcy's run.
Jovany Raya will be representing Eau Claire High School and the Eau Claire community on Friday and Saturday in the MHSAA Individual Wrestling State Championship at Ford Field in Detroit.
