Eau Claire PE teachers Mr. Spitale and Mr. Burbach worked together to introduce Lybrook students to track and field events today, with the help of our high school track team. We're so thankful for role models for our students, and for opportunities to get students from both buildings together! Go Beavers!

The Lady Beavers played a good game against River Valley last night. Cassidy was 3 for 3 with a double and 2 singles. Cassidy had 8 strikeouts and did well pitching. Good afternoon. On Monday, March 12th, due to a sport run and sick driver, Mr Willie is doing a double run for Health Department. Please be sure there is someone there to pick up your high school and middle school student so he can return for the elementary students. Thank you for understanding.

On Friday, the track team traveled to Gobles for the Little Guys Invitational. The boys' team took 3rd place out of 21 teams. We have Elijah Marlowe taking 1st place in the 100-meter dash. Our boys' 4x200 relay team of Melvin Davis, A'darion Fort, Devin Hill, and Elijah Marlowe took first place with a new personal record of 1.33.94. Our boys' 4x100 team of Melvin Davis, A'darion Fort, Devin Hill, and Elijah Marlowe took second place with a new personal record of 45.81. The boys' 4x400 team of Zion Jenkins, Melvin Davis, DQ, and Angel Guzman got third place with a new personal record of 3.40. DQ got a new personal record in the open 400-meter dash with a new time of 54.66. Kevin Vargas broke the 6-minute barrier this Friday in his mile and got a new personal record of 5.59. Our girls' 4x100 relay team of Mila Jeffries, Nickya Fort, Wendy Banda, and Arianna Townsend got third place with a new personal record of 55.60. The same girls also got a personal record in the 4x200 relay with a new personal record of 1.58.83. The track team will take this week to work hard and prepare for their regional meet this Saturday at New Buffalo. Keep up the great work, team! #GoBeavers!

Youth Advocacy Day 2025 at the Capital was a huge success. Our MS/HS students met with State Representatives, Senators and their staff for continued funding for School Based Health clinics across the State of Michigan.
