100% Cocoa! Thank you, again, to Mr. Cardew from 4-H/MSU Extension. Our trip around the world today, learning about the origin of cocoa and all the places it's currently made, was a lot of fun! The taste-testing was awesome, too! Beavers building belonging and belief! Go Beavers!

Beaver nation, be proud! Your hometown Beavertronics robotics team competed in their very first competition. These kids were amazing and did our school proud. They finished the day with 2 wins and 3 losses; however, each of their losses were by less than 10 points. They finished 14th out of 26th and got a 2nd place recognition for the Think Award, based on the judges' interview, presentation, and portfolio. This is not an award a rookie team gets. These seven students are proving that although we are small, we are mighty. A huge thank you to all our sponsors for making this happen!

Dear District Families,
As we approach the winter season, we want to remind everyone that it’s time to prepare for possible inclement weather and school closures. Please take a moment to read the attached letter for important details about our procedures and communication methods during weather-related events.
We want you to know that the decision to close schools is never made lightly. Many factors are carefully considered, always with the safety of our students and staff as our top priority. We do our best to notify families as early as possible; however, we all know that Mother Nature can be unpredictable.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these decisions. We recognize that school closures can create challenges for families, and we truly appreciate your grace and flexibility during these times.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

High school students Rylan Fisher & Hannah Johnson, and middle school student Brooklyn Valentine were honored this morning at the Berrien Springs/Eau Claire Rotary Youth Appreciation Breakfast. Students were selected based on the Rotary's 4-way test of the things we think, say, and do: 1) Is it the TRUTH? 2) Is it FAIR to all concerned? 3) Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? 4) Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned? Congratulations! Beavers BUILD, Beavers BELIEVE, Beavers BELONG.
